| Bruiloftsdans
van de Susu, dans van de verleiding. Yankadi is eigenlijk een 4/4 maat,
maar wordt over het algemeen met zo'n sterk triolengevoel gespeeld dat
het mij slimmer leek om dit ritme in 12/8 uit te schrijven. De 5e
partij wordt gespeeld op djembe en sanbanyi, waarbij van de sanbanyi
alleen de (zware) open toon gebruikt wordt. Deze partij wordt ook wel
op conga's gespeeld. Onderstreepte slagen worden met de linker hand
gedempt. |
